Lemon Juice with Krokos Kozanis (saffron)
INGREDIENTS

4 lemons, juice
75g caster sugar
2 tbsp fresh root ginger, peeled
1 tsp Krokos Kozanis (saffron)
INSTRUCTIONS
Put the lemon juice, sugar and a little salt to taste in a jug. Grate the ginger and crush it in a garlic press to squeeze the juice out into the lemon mixture; discard the squeezed pulp. Add the saffron to the jug and top up with 500ml cold water. Serve in tumblers with salted rims and lots of ice.
